Link section unavailable for users

Hello, I saw that the link to the official WBC3 website "http://www.enlight.com/wbc3/" with officials updates for downloading was missing in the links section of this forum.

I tried to add it, but the site said me only administrators can post new links.

Maybe it can be better to let everybody dd a new link, and make a post-it with the rules of the section ?
(For example "do not post a site irrelevant with Warlords, etc...)
